COLLECTION OF GENERAL INFORMATION
If you use our website, information of a general nature is automatically recorded. This information (server log files) includes, for example, the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your internet service provider and suchlike. This is only information that does not allow any conclusions about your person. This information is technically necessary to deliver the contents of web pages requested by you correctly and is mandatory when using the internet. A merge of this data with other data sources will not be performed, the data will be deleted after the session ends.

COOKIES
The website uses so-called cookies in several places. Cookies are small text files that are stored locally in the cache of your internet browser. Cookies enable recognition of the internet browser. Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They will be deleted automatically at the end of your visit. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses.

USE OF GOOGLE ANALYTICS
This website uses Google Analytics to analyze website usage. The resulting data is used to optimize the website and advertising.
Google Analytics is a web analytics service operated and provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States). Google processes the website usage data on our behalf and is contractually committed to taking steps to ensure the confidentiality of the processed data. During your visit to the website, i.a. recorded the following data:

  • Visited pages
  • Your behavior on the pages (eg, clicks, scrolling behavior, and length of stay)
  • Your approximate location (country and city)
  • Your IP address (in abbreviated form, so that no unique assignment is possible)
  • Technical information such as browser, Internet provider, terminal and screen resolution
  • Source of origin of your visit (ie via which website or via which advertising material you came to us)

This data is transmitted to a Google server in the USA. Google complies with the data protection provisions of the EU-US Privacy Shield Agreement. Google Analytics stores cookies in your web browser for a period of two years since your last visit. These cookies contain a randomly generated user ID that will allow you to be recognized during future website visits. The recorded data is stored together with the randomly generated user ID, which allows the evaluation of pseudonymous user profiles. This user-related data is automatically deleted after 14 months. Other data remains stored in aggregated form for an indefinite period. If you do not agree with the collection, you can prevent them with the one-time installation of the browser add-on for disabling Google Analytics.

SSL-ENCRYPTION
We would like to point out that e-mails might be read or changed unauthorized and unnoticed on the transmission path. Furthermore, we would like to draw attention to the use of a software for filtering unwanted e-mails (spam filters). The spam filter can reject e-mails if they have been identified as spam by certain features. The confidentiality of sensitive or personal data, which are sent by unencrypted e-mail or internet connection, is not guaranteed. Personal data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person. These include, for example, your name, address or telephone number.
To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption techniques (such as SSL) over HTTPS.

CONTACT FORM
If you contact us by e-mail or contact form, the information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and for possible follow-up questions. The data submitted in the context of an application will be stored electronically for the purposes of application management and selection of applicants. If there is no employment contract, these will be deleted after the end of the selection process, but at the latest after six months, if the applicant has given written consent to this storage. In no case the data collected will be sold or otherwise passed on to third parties. For requests via the contact form or newsletter subscription, you must expressly agree to this Privacy Policy.

DELETION RESPECTIVELY LOCKING OF DATA
We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. Therefore, we only store your personal data for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned here or as provided for by the various storage periods provided for by law. After discontinuation of the respective purpose or expiration of these deadlines, the corresponding data will be routinely and in accordance with the legal regulations blocked or deleted.

YOUR RIGHTS ON INFORMATION, CORRECTION, BLOCKING, DELETION, DATA TRANSFERABILITY AND CONTEST
You have the right to receive information about your personal data stored by us at any time. You have also the right to correction, blocking or, apart from the prescribed data storage for business transactions, deletion of your personal data. Please contact our data protection officer, with proof of your identity. The contact details can be found below.
In order to allow a data lock being taken into account at all times, these data must be stored in a lock file for control purposes. You can also request the deletion of the data, as long as there is no legal archiving obligation. As far as such an obligation exists, we lock your data on request.
You can make changes or revoke your consent by notifying us with effect for the future.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time to ensure that it complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the Privacy Policy, such as for example, when introducing new services. Your new visit will be subject to the new Privacy Policy.
